“Products” refers to the frozen meat, poultry, and related food service items supplied by us.

2. General Trading Terms

Al Qamar General Trading LLC specializes in B2B food service supply. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your business entity (if applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Products and Halal Certification

We are committed to sourcing products that meet strict Halal standards. While we take every measure to ensure the integrity of our supply chain:

• All products are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is entirely error-free.
• Images of meat cuts and packaging on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to packaging updates or natural variations in the product.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices listed or quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations in livestock and logistics costs.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Shipping and Cold Chain Logistics

We utilize advanced cold chain logistics to ensure products remain frozen and fresh upon delivery.

• Delivery Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that authorized personnel are available to receive and immediately store frozen goods upon arrival to maintain the cold chain.
• Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery schedules, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of frozen meat products, strictly no returns are accepted once the goods have been signed for and accepted at the point of delivery, except in the case of:

• Products delivered in a thawed or spoiled condition (must be reported immediately upon receipt).
• Incorrect items delivered.

Any complaints regarding product quality must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of Al Qamar General Trading LLC management after investigation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Al Qamar General Trading LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
